After training at the Savoy Hotel London I worked at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland and various other Michelin star restaurants around the world.
Following this I was owner and head chef at Rafters in Sheffield for fourteen years achieving Yorkshires restaurant of the year and Sheffield's restaurant of the year two years in a row.
I was also very proud to win Sheffield's chef of the year and gained two AA rosettes for culinary excellence.
